Balance practitioners
Stephanie Schwartzin, RMT
Stephanie completed her training from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy
in August, 2001. This three-year program included the therapeutic use of soft tissue
manipulation, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise.
Stephanie has gained a wide variety of experience through treating many health-related
issues including: soft tissue injury such as whiplash or sprains; women's health
such as pregnancy and breast massage, chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, asthma
and arthritis.
To promote healing, she uses many techniques including trigger point release, Swedish
Massage, Myofascial Release, joint mobilization and Craniosacral Therapy. She also
provides education and remedial exercise for her clients, as she believes that it
is important for them to participate in the healing process.
Stephanie enjoys working at Balance, where she helps people to become proactive
with their healthcare. Her enthusiasm inspires her to continue learning so that
she can do her best to help her clients on the road to a quick recovery and a better
quality of life.
